It has been six months since the last release, and activity has been
quiet for a while, so I plan to release v1.4 in about one week. If you
want to do any last minute testing (or you want to report a bug), now
is the time to do it.

After that, we can start on adding new requested features. Here is a
list from my notes.

- add push option on the uds

- Jiri's dynamic port work

- periodic (not one shot) sync and announce timers

- no adjust case, work out freq est interval verses summary interval
(in this case, it is hard to work out the message interval)

- so_timestamping and phc on vlan interfaces
(low priority for me, might involve kernel support)

Thanks,
Richard

FWIW, all tests in my test suite pass with current HEAD. Log is here:
