Yes, that's the huge frequency offset, the slave clock is running
about eight times slower than the master clock. Something is terribly
wrong with one of the clocks, could be a driver or hw bug. The only
thing the servo could do to keep the clocks somewhat close together is
constantly stepping the slave clock (-S option).
